Delivery and Returns Policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and with all original tags attached.
Time limit: Customers must request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Method of refund/return: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in the shipment.
Refund process: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions: Products that are considered final sale, such as clearance items, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
